The first time I made these, I didnt have any parchment paper. I used parchment paper the second time and they came out much better. It does make a difference. I also had to bake them for 13 minutes to get them to be crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I added an extra 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to make up for the cardamon. Next time I am going to try them with pecans.

We made these last night - quick and delicious! I generally don't even like oatmeal cookies, but I love the dried cranberries in this recipe. AND we didn't change a thing from this recipe. The cardamon makes them super.

I've made 4 batch's of this recipe in 2 weeks! EVERYONE loves them. I omit the cardamon and use 1/2 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup yogurt trail mix. Never made cookies on parchment paper but it works! Thanks FOOD NETWORK!!

Very Yummy! I tweeked it a little. I used half the cranberries and chopped them fine and also added toasted chopped pecans. The toasted pecans added so much flavor...and as if that wasn't enough I topped it was a browned butter and orange zest glaze. Amazing!!!!

Great recipe and very easy. The only changes I've done is omit the cardamom (due to how costly it is, and I add white chocolate chips. I use probably half to 3/4 bag of the chips. These cookies are always a hit and I get asked to share the recipe all the time.

Made these for Mother's Day. These cookies tasted so soft and chewy, I've also added 1/2 cup of pecans and reduced the sugar by a 1/2 cup!

A pretty good starting point, but for my tastes it needs a little tweaking.
