These are the best cookies ever! They work better than store bought dough. I put them into the freezer for 45min to an hour to speed up the process.

This is a great basic cookie, the perfect canvas for your own personal touches. I made this recipe and then I frosted half with a mixture powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy cream mixed together to a thick and fluffy consistency and I made snickerdoodles with the other half. Both variations came out great. No hint of Play-Doh at all, and I should know, I tasted Play-Doh as a child. So, I can say with some authority these do not taste like it. Anyway, this is a great-tasting and easy cookie.

This cookie was super and easy. The flavor is superb. I separate the dough into 3 tube-like shapes, cover in plastic wrap, and freeze until ready to use.

I thought the recipe was super simple to follow. I liked that these cookies are not too sugary and are fluffy (which I usually atribute to using a stand mixer. I brought these to work and everyone loved them.

My dough came out creamy and tasty with a nice hint of vanilla. A great "basic" cookie dough!

I didn't have the smell of playdough some folks mentioned. I did add a 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar for structure. But otherwise followed the recipe. The cookies tasted fine, maybe a little more sugar would have been better, but after you decortate and frost them I'm sure the additions will make up for any loss of flavor.

I thought the prep was super simple and they where easy to bake but the definately need frosting because all alone they are not sweet enough.
