Open Faced Raspberry Cream Sandwich
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 4 (3/4-inch thick) slices pound cake
- 2 ounces seedless raspberry jam
Spread cream cheese on each of 4 pound cake slices. Spread raspberry jam over cream cheese. Serve immediately.
