Orange and Jicama Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 jicama, peeled, sliced, julienned
  • 3 oranges, supremed
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, chopped fine (wear rubber gloves)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
