Orange-Dijon Pan Sauce with Rosemary

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
  • Combine the juice with the mustard and rosemary. Follow the instructions for making a pan sauce in individual saute or sear recipe.
