Orange Ice Cream
- 4 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier, or to taste
- Garnishes: mint, candied orange zest
Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight.
Scoop into decorative dishes and drizzle with Grand Marnier. Garnish with a sprig of mint and candied orange zest.
