My Aunt who past away used to always make donuts for us. I was very happy to find an easy recipe and delicious like this one. The whole family loves it. My Grandma suggested powdered sugar to have two choices of donuts. They were delicious also! Thank you!

These tasted great and I love that it didn't require a ton of ingredients. However, I did have trouble frying them as some of them didn't cook all the way through but I think that was because I didn't have a candy thermometer to make sure that the oil was at the correct temperature. But the ones that cooked properly tasted delicious! I used a ziplock back instead of a paper bag to coat them because a paper bag just didn't seem sturdy enough to not leak sugar all over the place. Next time I will probably only make half of the sugar mixture since I had a ton leftover.

Absolutely the best! Especially like that they are not too sweet, just right!

Delicious for a quick sweet dessert! Keep it up Sunny! BUT...the person advertising their clothing when I am looking for ratings on food is a little nervy! They need to go to Craig's List and leave the Food Network to the FOOD industry!

Delicious!!! The brown sugar/orange coating was so delicious. I took these to a family gathering and everyone loved them!! My kids are a little funny about zest in anything, so I also made some plain and drizzled chocolate sauce over. Wonderful!!

I made these donuts, which are more like beignets, as a surprise for my husband tonight. The texture of the biscuits were perfect, the flavor was amazing. We both have blood sugar issues and sweets are a big problem. With these, I can easily control the type and amount of sugar. FANTASTIC! THANK YOU Sunny!

Okay, so if you take 8 biscuits and quarter them, you end up with 32 donuts.

Other than that, I made these and I skipped the paper bag and put the cinnamon/sugar in a bowl and spooned the donuts around and they were great!
