This was very good,I used complete pancake mix did not have to use any eggs so it did not taste eggy. Cooked it on 450 for 12mins with covered with foil removed foil then turned oven down to 375 baked uncovered for 5 min.

It was good, but not very good. I agree that it had an unusually strong egg flavor, kinda unexpected. Except, from warning from previous commenters. I tried to fix the egginess by adding in more pancake mix, that didn't really work, so I'd reccommend using just 2 eggs instead of 3.

I made this for Christmas morning breakfast and everyone absolutely loved it!!! I prepared fresh apples the previous night with a little brown sugar and butter then heated then up right before i assembled the pancake the next morning. This is a perfect dish to serve to a group (4 adults and 5 kids Everyone was raving about this one and you can bet I'll be making it again and again.

The mixture is similar to a custard in consistency. It had a very strong egg taste instead of a pancake/bread taste. I did not enjoy it nor did my family.

Recipe is great, just watch which pancake batter you use, as some require more powder than others.

This dish was so easy to make and my guests just loved it. They thought that I was up all night making it. It was so delicious.

Easy to make. 5-6 minutes for the apples in the microwave was too much. The recipe was o.k. but did not compare to another oven apple pancake that I already have in my collection.

I must admit..these were pretty easy to make. If I make these again, I will add more walnuts since they add so much texture and flavor. I used only about a tablespoon of the cinammon-sugar mixture..as I was afraid it would be too sugary. Overall, this was good, but nothing special. It's a nice change from the standard pancake recipe.

I was raised in Plymouth among German relatives and these remind me of my favorite Aunt's Apple Pancakes. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Quicker than apple pancakes and cute presentation for a pancake. Cozy, comfort breakfast food.
