Paloma

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce of 100 percent Blue Agave Tequila
  • 8 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit
  • 4 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce soda water or club soda
  • Garnish with fresh grapefruit peel
Directions

Mix first five ingredients in a shaker. Strain and serve over ice. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh grapefruit peel.
