I already had my slaw made when I came across this recipe so I can only rate the fish portion. It was excellent! The coating was light and crispy and the fish was tender, juicy, and delicious.
It is a quick and easy recipe without much cleanup. Definitely a keeper.

    Wow, great recipe!

I didn't make the slaw, just the cod, so I can only review on the fish part. Cod goes well with practically any side-dish, and I had some leftover pasta to use up.

I was really surprised at how easy this dish was to make, and how flavorful and moist it was. Most 'regular cooks' tend to over-cook our fish, I am guilty of this for sure. I stuck to the cooking time listed in the recipe and it came out perfectly!

I will be making this regularly, as cod is a very affordable fish in SW Florida while the other varieties are getting so expensive.

Thank you for a great recipe!

A good way to use cod. We all really liked this recipe. The slaw wasn't so great. I won't make it again.

I added an extra cup of mayo to the slaw. Hey, I live in the Midwest...my boyfriend loved it. I also used Dijon mustard.

I made the fish, not the slaw. We loved it! I will definitely make this again. I will add more cayenne pepper next time.

3.5 stars. I'd make this again. Fish had a nice crispy texture. Notes:

    - I didn't make the slaw
    - I used pre-made bread crumbs instead of crackers
    - next time, I would put more salt & pepper in the flour mixture

This was pretty good! It reminded me a lot of fish and chips. Just needed some french fries to go along with it. I liked that crackermeal crust. I didn't make the cole slaw part but the fish came out well.

This was so yummy! I just purchased the new FoodNetwork cookbook, and this was the second recipe I've made out of it. It was so easy and so good!
