Made these for my mom when I saw this episode and she loved them. This is really a great and easy recipe.

I have made some variation of this recipe over a dozen times. What a great recipe. I never use ground beef. The main reason I love it is you get a healthy, portion appropriate amount of meatloaf and a pseudo stuffed pepper with out having to eat a whole pepper. One of my favorites.

Excellent twist on meatloaf. It tastes lighter and fresher, I love the tomatoes vs. the usual ketchup.

I love this recipe. I have made it several times and it is so easy. Also great for a make ahead meal. And since my husband likes it too, it's a win win!

Really easy and good. I had to cook it longer than the recipe said though.

Very good. I used gluten free bread. I didn't use the sage, didn't have any. It was a hit.

Absolutely love this recipe. My whole family enjoyed it. It was a great way to get the kids to eat peppers. Will definately add to my weekly menu.
