So I'm home alone on the weekends and cook for myself as a 2nd year dad. Had the itch to start cooking real meals when I saw this episode on my wifes DVR.
Followed the steps, improvised where needed and totally knocked it out of the park! My wife was so impressed that I want to start cooking a few nights a week.
Thank you so much for the confidence and the full belly! Can't wait to make this for friends paired with some red wine.

This is a wonderful "stuffed pepper" recipe. I like more tomato sauce on mine so I used Ingrid Hoffman's Torta Ahogado (Drowned Beef Sandwich sauce when I reheated leftovers. Really look forward to making both of these again.

This recipe was excellent. We served it with garlic potatoes and Tyler's brussel sprouts with bacon. A yummy rainy day dinner. We felt as if we were eating the best gourmet meatloaf.

I made this for dinner last night; colorful, fun and very good.
I brought left overs for lunch today and I believe it is even better the second time around.
I will be making this again !!

I followed this recipe to the T, doubling it for 10 people. Everyone commented that it was fantastic. I used Muir Glen diced tomatoes which I think are the best.. The fresh sage and red peppers made this dish very succulent and packed with flavor. I will definitely make it again. Five Stars.
