Pretty good little meatloafs. You don't have to heat up the house with the oven either. Had to add one can tomamto sauce and some extra basil to make a little sauce though. I think they will be a five after I get down how much seasoning to use a little better. Will make again.

This was an excellent recipe. I substituted 2 14 ounce cans of fire roasted tomatoes with fresh chopped basil instead of the crushed tomatoes. I will make this again. It was a great presentation for guests.

My mom used to make a similiar dish..stuffed 2 green peppers, meatloaf mixture, and pour 1 large can of tomato sauce and little water and simmer for about 1-2 hours or until peppers tender and meet done and thickened and then pour over boiled potatoes. Yum! The best part was the meat from the pepper!!! Cannot wait to try this. Love your show!!

Basically followed the recipe except I used a little leftover marinara sauce, a small can of petite tomatoes and all green peppers. I also didn't want to turn on the oven on a hot summer day, so I made the recipe on the stove top. My husband loves stuffed peppers but I didn't like having to use whole peppers. I wished I'd thought of this idea before! Served with rice it made a quick and easy meal.

This recipe was very good. I used orange instead of the yellow. Maybe next time I will get larger peppers. Very easy also. I dont have the pots that I can put in the oven, so I transfered mine to a 13x9 casserole dish & added extra crushed tomatoes.
