I have made this recipe more than any other food network recipe. It is my absolute favorite. Restaurant quality!!!

I made this recipe and it was yummy. I used boneless skinless chicken breast and baby portabellas. I did not pan fry, I placed the stuffed breasts in individual baking dishes with a dab of butter and a splash of white wine then covered and baked them.
