At the last minute we picked up some veal chops at Whole Foods, and even though I had never cooked them before the simple recipe sounded very straight forward and difficult to foul up. The recipe did turn out to be extremely simple and foolproof and we had delicious veal chops for dinner. The only variations that we implemented were the use of frozen garlic and a Savory spice mix that was included rosemary. I whole-heatedly recommend.

Simple, delicious and easy to expand on. This works w/ most any cut of bone in meat.
