Not your average bland fish recipe. Excellent!

This was delicious. I stored the leftover spice mix in tightly closed jar and used it for future fish dishes. Tonight I sprinkled it on Tilapia. Fried it in 1 Tablespoon of butter in teflon coated pan aprox 3 or 4 minutes on each side. OMG it was so so good. To save time.. After I patted the fish dry with a paper towel. I sprinkled the fish right on the paper towel with the ground almond dredge. This can be used with any fish. Bon Appetit!

This is one of my very favorite fish recipes, and it has been well-received for several years at family dinners and dinner parties alike. It's easy and delicious with a simple vegetable and bread or rice.

Wow, this was awesome! My husband even liked it and he's pretty picky. The flavors of the almonds and spices were fabulous! I will certainly do this again! Loved it!!

I used Tilapia and the fish came out succulent and very tasty, I thought the spices were very good and a little spicy which I like. Would use this recipe again.

I love this recipe. It's quick and easy and I always have the ingredients in my pantry. My kids love this fish and despite the cayenne, it's not too spicy for them.

My son normally does like fish but after some convincing he tried it and likes it. We will definitely make this again; so easy and flavorful.

I felt like the spices overpowered the flavor of the Grouper
