Without question our favorite Macaroon recipe for the Holiday season, or anytime. It has become a Christmas tradition. I have not had any comments less than "Wow" and usually friends ask can you make some more for us? Thanks Alton.

I'm not the world's biggest coconut fan, but these cookies are terrific! And an extra added bonus, they are gluten-free...my husband appreciates that! It's also a great way to use up a few eggs from the surplus my chickens give me.

Really delicious. The coconut flavor is so good. It's a nice change from always making the standard chocolate chip cookie. I replaced the chocolate chips for WHITE chocolate chips and it turned out fabulous. Recommended.

Melt in your mouth heaven! I also made a second batch with a pineapple glaze and called them piña colada paradise. They were a hit also

Special, special, special! Alton, were these from one of your shows where you're trapped on a Desert Island? Thanks for the recipe!

These were amazing! I didn't add the macadamia nuts because my boyfriend isn't a fan of them, but I made some dipped in chocolate and some that were just plain. Everyone loved them at the superbowl party!!
