I love the Parkette's Poor Boy & Onion Rings. Also during the summer you get to see all the Model cars & Trucks from back in the 50's. This is the original HOP DRIVE IN in Lexington and the food is Great. Guy visited there a couple of years ago. Ky that is.

The Poor Boy is not that special but it is still very tasty. Onion rings are very good. I would definitely go back.

I live in Louisville and my wife and I went to the Parkette. I got the cheeseburger (rather have had McDonald's and she got some processed chicken sandwich. This place is a loser with D&D standards.

Stopped by on our way to Florida on 1/3/11. Found the Poor Boy hamburger w/onion rings to be supurb. Wife had chili fries and was equally good. Decor is 50's and service was great. Billy Jean a cute little southern girl was a super server. Will stop in semi annually on our treks from MI to FL and back.

My Husband and I just returned from a trip to Lexington. I was excited about seeing this restaurant after seeing it on Guy's show. We stopped and I ordered a cheeseburger and my Husband had the everything jumbo hotdog. The cheesburger was by far the worse cheeseburger I have ever had. The onion was thicker that the burger.
