    VERY TASTY and VERY SIMPLE! I decided to give these potatoes a try because I had quite a bit of the ingredients already. It was very easy to make and tasted great! I didn't have a steam basket and just threw the potatoes in a large pot of 1'' boiling water. I don't know how different it would have tasted if I stuck 100% to the recipe, but it didn't matter because we all loved it.

    These potatoes were light and flavorful. The perfect pairing with fillet mignon and satued green beans. I highly recommend this dish to anyone. They make great left overs too. The following morning I made potato pancakes with them! : Healthy too!
