Ingredients
  • 1 pound each carrots and parsnips, peeled and cut into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spread vegetable sticks in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil. Toss until well coated.

  • Bake, tossing vegetables frequently, 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until crisp and golden
