I used apricot preserves and pinenuts this past weekend for a girl's night...nothing was left.

I had tried this incredible razz and almond brie at a gallery opening last weekend and couldn't find the recipe anywhere....I found this recipe and wow is it simple and delicious! This was my first attempt with ANY sort of Brie...and it was sooo yummy!! This came out better than what I had orginally looked for. Highly suggest!!!

I made this dish for my mom who is a huge fan of baked bries. I thought the cherries would have been more flavorful, instead it was a very subtle flavor. Next time I make this I might add preserves instead. I wanted a strong fruit flavor. However, between 6 people this brie disappeared within in an hour!

Served this as the appetizer to 30 guests at a 5-course Valentine's Dinner and it was devoured in minutes. Glowing remarks from all my guests. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe; it will be one I use many more times.

Wow...this recipe is great and also really easy to make. We had our first little dinner party at our house and everyone really liked it. The floss trick is a lifesaver so make sure you pick up some unflavored floss before you make this delicious baked brie!

Absolutely delicious. You can also decorate it with left over puff pastry to write something. I wrote happy new year 2006!

After the party was over, the only thing left was a few crumbs and a cherry. It was a great blend of flavors with the cheese. Definitely recommend making it for a party or dinner if you want to impress.
