The first time I made it, I must have rolled the pastry too thin because the cheese oozed out the side. The second time, it came out perfect!

This is a must have in an entertaining repertoire. I had guests bartering over it. "I'll give you two asparagus spears for one slab of the brie."
I've got one in the freezer for Bunko night and getting ready to add to more for a baby shower next month.

Tasted excellent. Was kind of a pain to "peel" the wheel of brie, but I would make it again for sure!!!

I made this recipe for a jewerly party and everyone was so impressed. It is so easy to make and it looks like you are a sous chef when it's finished. It is delicious and even my 9-year-old niece loved it. Can't wait to have the opportunity to make it again.

My fiance and I are planning a small get-together for New Year's Eve, and I was looking for some simple, tasty appetizers to serve to our guests. Baked brie came to mind, but I wanted to add some pizzaz to the basic dish. This recipe was exactly what I was looking for. I made a smaller version to test it out (with a wedge instead of the wheel, and just loved it. For the party, I'll modify it a bit by cutting the filled brie into cubes and making bite-sized versions, with raspberry puree drizzled on top after baking.

I made this for thanksgiving and the family devoured it in a matter of minutes. It is going to be hard to out do myself next year. Than again, I don't need to, I will make it again next year. The dental floss is a great trick.

Everyone wanted leftovers. So pretty, and great as an appetizer or dessert.

This was a fun, quick and easy to follow recipe. I had two different places to be on Thanksgiving this year and the Brie was a hit at both. I simplified a little and only used a wedge of cheese instead of the whole round that the recipe called for, since they were both small groups of people. The only problem was that the cheese started to melt and ooze out of the puff pastry wrapper, so I baked it a little less than the recommended time.
