Everyone loved this gelato, even my husband who says he doesn't like super-creamy ice creams. It's very rich, but very good. I used Hershey's special dark chips and the chocolate taste was powerful.

This is really good, i made it for my daughters prodjecy because she had to bring in an italian dessert and it came out great!
