    This recipe did not turn out very well. The coating did not adhere to the shrimp and the coconut fell off as soon as it was put into the oil.
    Pumpkin and curry sauce was not a good combination. I would not recommend this recipe. There has to be a better coconut shrimp recipe out there.

    Didn't make the coconut shrimp (used other recipe. But made the Pumpkin Curry dipping sauce. All I can say is what were they thinking about. Terrible combination.

    I only made the dipping sauce, which I paired with my own Coconut Shrimp Recipe. I loved this sauce. It was easy and the perfect compliment for my shrimp.

    This recipe is very good because I love coconut shrimp and the pumpkin curry sauce is excellent with it. I've tried so many dips and sauces with coconut shrimp, but this one's a winner!

    I suggest pressing on the coconut a little before deep frying it......the curry pumpkin sauce is out of this world. Very Simple to make.
