Ingredients

  • 1 pound chocolate, milk, dark or semisweet
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

Place chocolate in a double boiler on the stove. When melted, add the cream and stir until soupy. Remove from the heat and serve in a fondue pot with a low flame or preheated ceramic dish. Serve with berries and other fruit.

    I have used this simple recipe several times, and always get great reviews. Everyone asks for the recipe, and are so surprised that it only has 2 ingredients! It is smooth and creamy, and even reheats well. Delicious!
