Great for a spring or summer brunch! Because of experience with a prior recipe and the fact I was serving it with ham with an orange glaze, I used 1/2 c of thawed frozen Pineapple Orange Juice and only 1/2 c of Canola Oil. I also used butter lettuce, and increased the nuts, cranberries, banana chips and fruit a bit. It was really wonderful!

this was okay, but somehow the indgredients didn't compliment each other.

Extremely impressed with the combination of flavors here, especially how the dressing complements the fruit (and prevents the salad from being too sweet.

Jonathan is right - a surprising amount of salt and pepper is needed (just keep it in mind.

This salad was easy to prepare. The presentation of the fresh fruit on top of the greens was eye catching. The only problem was it took alot of salt and pepper to achieve the proper flavor profile.
