I am from south Louisiana and love great food. I was looking forward to trying this recipe because I love seafood crepes, but this was horrible! So if you are also from south Louisiana, don't try this recipe! It's definitely not for your taste!!

The crepes tasted very good and looked pretty. For the crab, use imitation crabmeat (the stuff in California rolls. You can purchase imitation crabmeat at a local Asian supermarket. The crepes were easy to cook and I will definitely make it again!
good luck
