Had to substitute the Thai Chiles since my grocer did not carried them, otherwise it was very easy to made (I don't really cook, I am just a food "hammer mechanic". The family loved it, a bit spicy for the grandparents (to much curry I think, but the kids are claiming stake to the leftovers.

I added some crushed red pepper when I served it as left overs. I prefered it a little spicier.

After watching this episode of Party Starters I was inspired to try it out. I had a difficult time finding Thai Chiles so I substituded Serano Chiles from my local grocer. The recipe was relatively easy to make and was a big hit. Everyone came back for seconds.
