Works great (I use sherry & soy sauce instead of fish saucewith turkey & chicken - can be served hot or cold.

Instead of using bamboo sticks, I just put pieces on my George Forman grill or broil in the oven.

The dipping sauce sets off the spiciness perfectly.

For picnics I serve with a cold rice salad.

I had to re-vamp the recipe a bit, as I didn't have turkey breast available, so I used Chicken breast. WOW!!! Every mouth that this recipe touched was ESTATIC about the unusual taste. I was just trying this recipe casually (as I couldn't find any cranberries- not in season. No-One cared! They just kept grabbing the skewers and mowed right thru them. My parents want me to do up a recipe just for them (they don't share well with the other kids:
    Fab-U-LUSS!!!!!!
