- 1 pound pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, finely diced
- 1 head broccoli, finely diced
- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, whole
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon flaked garlic
- Salt, pepper and thyme, to taste
- 1 cup olive oil (enough to cover ingredients)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Mix all ingredients together and serve!
