I substituted peas for broccoli, cut out about half the balsamic vinegar and olive oil as well as half the garlic and Old Bay. Also used regular tomatoes instead of cherry and black sliced olives instead of green. I substituted to use what I had on hand so this is a recipe you can definitely customize to your liking.

I cut this recipe in half on the pasta but left everything else in the same quantities.
I did leave out the broccoli as I did not have any and eliminated the oil entirely. I tasted it before adding the oil - loved the flavors so decided it did not need all those extra calories. Delicious and easy. I will make it again. JR
