Wow, what a great marinade. The meat came out so moist and tender! Fabulous!!!
I smoked mine for about 5 hours then transferred it to a roasting pan, sealed it with foil and tossed it on the oven for 5 more hours at 225 degrees, it was fall apart tender and delicious.

I saw this pulled pork on your show yesterday and bought all the ingredients to make it. I'm even going to serve it in a glass with the coleslaw like you did. Very neat.

Here is the dry rub (from a different Neely recipe:
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder
You can adjust it, halve or double, for however much you need. Enjoy!

I love the Neelys. I've been watching them since they've been on. They seem to be regular, everyday nice people with a relationship that we would all love to be in. And I would love to meet them. But, this season, I don't know who Pat has been hanging around with that says Y'ALL. Because he says it, in many episodes, to adnauseum.. I think in this particular episode he says it 27 times during a 20 minuted show. And in a one 20 second spot he says it 7 times. Now i know you are from the south, but so is Paula Deen. And you rarely hear her say it. There is nothing wrong with the frase. But OMG. Please Pat, try to keep the Y'ALLS to just a few per show. But I still love you guys. Keep on cookin' the good stuff!

Pork usually tends to be tough, but this marinade was awesome. Since it's winter time I injected a pork loin and baked it in the oven. I couldn't believe how juicy and tender the pork was. I will definately make again.

We made this tonight for a family cook-out. We let the boston butt marinate overnight and made the sauce the night before as well. It was a huge hit. There were no leftovers.
