Super easy. The dressing is very tasty. I added grilled chicken and made it a complete meal.

Great recipe again Neelys!! I have made it twice each time my grocery store didn't have an ingredient, the first time I substituted spinach for arugula and the second time they were out of chives which I just left out. Still great! I did put the dressing on the side each time and just spooned it onto the salad.

The salad is simple but good. The dressing is VERY easy and delicious -- even my kids liked it. This makes a lot so we had this two days in a row (and I feed 6 people each day. Definitely worth trying. I used a tube of tomato paste rather than opening a can for such a small amount.

I liked the toppers for the salad, very tasty combination. However if I make this again I will use a lighter dressing like balsamic. I thought the Neeley's dressing here weighed down the salad without adding much flavor. If you do choose to try the dressing recipe, this recipe made a LOT of dressing. Halving the recipe would probably be sufficient if I did it again.

I love the dressing, full of flavor and easy to make. Next time I make it I'm going to use low fat sour cream and low fat mayo. Save some calories and should not affect the taste too much.

I tried this recipe today using spinach instead of arugula, as the arugula at my grocery store looked rather wilted. Also, I used only 1/2 the amt. of mayo, as I am not usually a fan. I added a pinch of dried dill to the dressing, too. I only made a 1/2 recipe of the dressing, and it made a full 8 oz. of dressing, so I will definitely be using it the next few days. That dressing is truly delicious, smells like a BBQ potato chip with the smoked paprika in it. This is a recipe I will make over and over, as it was really simple but made an absolutely wonderful and satisfying main course. Thank you to the Neelys, as you are a joy to watch, and the recipes are crowd-pleasers.

I just happened to catch this on TV while looking for a salad for Easter dinner. Even the "meat and potato" crew in my family loved it. The salad combined with the dressing just worked perfectly together. I will definately be making this again.
