    I really liked the soup (my husband did not I had to cook a little longer than 15 mins.

    I had been hoping that this soup would be more like california pizza kitchen's asparagus soup. We followed the recipe exactly. It tasted ok, but it was really thin. If we opt to make it again, I would reduce the broth a little, use a little more flour and garlic.

    Followed the recipe exactly, turned out wonderful! I also made it with the mushroom pannini. Would make this again in a heartbeat.

    I followed the recipe exactly and found it delicious, though I got a bit carried away with the red pepper. Easy recipe that I will make again soon!

    I used yellow onions instead of shallots. Recipe so simple and easy to make, not to mention the excellent flavor it has. I doubled the recipe and froze half. Always have some in the freezer. It freezes very well.

    OMG! I can't believe how good this soup tasted and how easy it was to prepare. Even my 5 year old liked the way it tasted. I have been wanting to make my own soups but have always been afraid of trying to make them from scratch. This recipe looked simple and it was simple. It was also very tasty and will definitely be a staple in my kitchen from now own. This is definitely given me the courage to try other soups!
