This is an exceptionally tasty side dish and they tasted even better a day of two later! Used fresh garden tomatoes and followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. I'll definitely make these again.

Delicious! We all really like these, my son said they were really really good! Will keep this one, and truly can't wait for summer for my home grown tomatoes for it! Thank you both!

These were DELICIOUS!!! I watched yesterday's show and the Neely's made it with a grilled, lemon-garlic-thyme marinated chicken. I marinated the chicken, but I roasted it. What a GREAT combination. My girls LOVED it and told me that these recipes were keepers!! Thanx Neely's!!! Please keep the tasty recipes coming!

Seen this on tv this morning and thought it would go great with Chicken Paillard, and it did!! Very easy to make and great flavor. Cannot wait for my garden to start producing tomatoes, this will be made often. The only change was I added an extra clove of garlic.
