The recipe sounds great I am currently making it right now, however your recipe does not say if the pulled pork was already cooked or not.

This was absolutely fantastic! I have 4 hungry little animals I call "my kids" that can't seem to wait for any sort of meal. So used pre-shredded/cooked smoked pork from Costco and it worked like a charm.

I had my sister make this for my birthday dinner. She ordered the seasoning from the Neelys. It has a spicy sweet flavor that I love.

I have served this twice and it was a hit both times. For the pepper choice I used red bell peppers.

I just made this tonight. I made two changes to the recipe. First, I used smoked brisket instead of the pulled pork because I had a lot leftover from Memorial Day. Second, I added some minced garlic with the onions and bell peppers. The recipe was easy, and the results were tasty. I will definitely make this again with the pulled pork.
