I would like to cook the pork loin using the oven instead of the griller, I could really use some advice (temperature, cover, uncovered, etc.. thanks

This barbecue sauce looks amazing and the Neelys are great. Anybody try this with chicken or turkey? I'd love some suggestions!
    Thanks!

After watching the date night episode, I decide to make the bbq roast pork, the corn souffle and the blueberry buckle for the family for Sunday dinner. My Mom and nephew also came over- so we had kids ranging from 11 to 16 try this as well. The kids all said Strawberry BBQ sauce sounded gross, but after giving it a taste they loved it. We had a 4 pound roast and none was left. I left my pork loin with the rub on it, stay in the fridge over night. Very flavorful, tender and moist. Thanks for a great recipe.

I made your Brocolli/ chicken stir fry last week (8/11 and wife and company cleaned it up, so good.
I made it again last night, just as good.. somehow it won't let me on that site.I don't know why,

The recipe is different from the show, be careful. Watch the video. Sesame oil and pepper flakes is supposed to be 1/2 teaspoon each...Peper flakes only gets added to the sauce, not the garlic, ginger, green onions. Lucky for me we don't like it too hot, and added only a little black pepper to taste.
Doubled the sauce and froze half

Keep up the good works Nellys...love your show ,,my wife is always laughing with you guys..

I was skeptical about the strawberry bbq sauce but it was lick your plate delicious. The pork roast was very moist and tender. I used frozen strawberries, water instead of nectar, only let it sit with the dry rub for one hour and it was one of the best pork roasts I have ever had. My two sons told me to make sure I save this recipe.

Just finished up this Date Night recipe. Great sauce! The strawberry bbq sauce was terrific. I'm going to use the leftover sauce for some bb ribs tomorrow. This is my first Neely recipe and, after this outcome, it won't be the last. Way to go y'all. Love the show.
