- 3 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Combine the raspberries, sugar, raspberry jam, chile powder, and lime juice in a pot over medium heat and let simmer gently until thick and syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool.
