Just a bit too soupy. I'd get rid of at least a cup of water, and if you can taste any of the cayenne in here then you should be on the Iron Chef judge's table. On the plus side, everything was very nice and soft

I made this tonight for dinner after seeing the Neely's show yesterday. I didn't have any bacon on hand, so I used panchetta (an italian type bacon. This was absolutely yummy!
