Made this for my coworkers with some fresh blueberries that were going to go bad- the first person to try it hid the whole thing at their desk and took it home. It's that good! I used cake flour and I didn't have buttermilk so I tried a mixture of milk and half & half. It was so quick and easy, plus cleanup was a breeze. I will definitely make this again!

My husband said this is one of the best desserts I have ever made. The cake is very moist with a crunchy topping. We really like this dessert.

Great did not have enought blueberrys so I used half frozen peaches that I chopped into simular size. It was great, also no allspice so used pumpkin pie spice that had the allspice in it.

This recipe took me back to coffee after church when I was a little girl. Delicious!

Cake had a slightly airy texture & the blueberries all sank to the bottom of the cake. The topping just kind of melted into the rest of the cake... It was ok but I prefer Ina Garten's blueberry cake.

This is fantastic! I used bananas instead of blueberries because they were ripe and all I had but it was delish! Used regular whole milk instead of buttermilk which works well. VERY EASY!

Fellow foodies: THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! This is one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. I do not do very much baking, but this recipe was so easy. It’s a “dump” recipe, simply dump the ingredients in bowls, mix together, bake and enjoy. I used Splenda instead of sugar, and you can’t tell the difference. The topping is just awesome. If you are looking for really, really great recipes, check out Pat & Gina’s recipes first. Pat & Gina: I just adore both of you, keep these sheer perfection recipes coming.
