Always looking for new ways to use fresh veggies. This was on this morning and I had everything but the sprouts. The only thing that took any time was slicing them. After that it was fast, easy and delicious! The walnuts and bacon together are great. This one will get made again and again. Thanks Gina and Pat!

Very good but the sliced brussel sprouts turned an unappetizing brown color. How do I keep the sliced brussel sprouts GREEN color after cooking. I know if I cook the brussel sprout whole I can place in cold water bath after cooking.

Made this tonight and it was fantastic. My husband of 35 years truly detests brussels sprouts, but he and I saw this episode yesterday while at the Dr's office. He told me "I might like brussels sprouts if you made them like that" so I took him at his word and made them tonight. He ate every last bite! These will be on my Thanksgiving table this year for sure.

I liked the recipe - my husband wasn't wild about it. I will try it again & will try not to saute too long. It had to set awhile & got a little too done. Also, I used homemade bacon & there wasn't enough grease. But even with those things, I still think it's very tasty.
