I am actually commenting on another recipe in this program, the "Chocolate Pudding-tini" Three times I submitted a review of this pudding and it was rejected ! Because rievewers were so unhappy with the pudding, I am trying again. The cooking method as stated is incorrect in the chocolate pudding. There are no eggs in the pudding, it does NOT need to be cooked in a double boiler! Whisk together the cornstarch and cold liquid (cream or homog. milk in a HEAVY saucepan until completely combined. Add ingredients as listed and cook over med-low heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a simmer. Boil the mixture 1 minute, then remove pan from the heat. Stir in the butter, chopped chocolate and flavoring and continue stirring until combined. Pour into 4-6 dessert dishes. If cornstarch cooks too long, it loses its thickening power.

I have never eaten oxtail in my life. I was watching the Neelys and they made it look absolutely wonderful. I went to the market this am and purchased all my ingredients. I am so pleased with the flavor and will be making this again. It is as wonderful as it looked. The noodles were great as well, and it will be used as a side for other dishes, Throwed in some cornbread muffins and this southern girl was loving her some Neeleys. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

I PREPARED THIS DISH AND IT WAS FABULOUS.SOME OF THE COMMENTS WAS THA IT WAS BLAND.I PUT FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES INSTEAD OF REGULAR TOMATOES AND EVEN THOUGH THE NOODLES WERE GOOD AND THE RICE WAS BETTER I DID IT WITH VERY STIFF MASHED POTATOES WHICH I LIKED MORE.OVERALL HATS OFF TO THE NEELEYS.YOUR NANAS GOMBO IS NEXT.MAY YOUR TASTE BUDS BE WITH YOU FOR SOME GREAT COOKING
