WOW - I sent the hubby to the store to get the ingredients. He came home with WAY too much chicken, so I doubled the recipe. Would not change one thing. He came home with whole chicken breasts with rib meat and a bunch of thighs. The breasts took a little longer of course but it came out wonderful. I was worried because my family is from the south and we LOVE our fried chicken. This is just as good and had way less calories and fat. This is my new favorite recipe. One tip: After you dredge the chicken in the cornflake mixture, let sit on the wire racks for 15 minutes. This will help the mixture stay on the chicken and will not turn out soggy. WOW, I love fried chicken but this is just as fantastic and less calories. Way to go Pat and Gina

Absolutely Loved it! I will make it again and again! Taste just like friend chicken without the grease and so much flavor.. My family loved it, there wasn't a piece left! Thank you for sharing Neelys!

This dish was absolutely outstanding!!! Ironically, the chicken didn't even come out perfectly for some reason (the corn flake crust was soggy vs. crisp for some reason but the taste was still so delish that I had to force myself to stop eating it! I will be making this again, crisp skin or not ;

Incredible! Made with drumsticks and chicken tenders. Highly recommend to anyone who likes their chicken from those fast food places. Much better and you can season to your taste!

This dish was amazing. Finally - I think I made something that tastes as good as when the Neelys make it. This is our new go to chicken dish. Can't wait to try it on skinless chicken (that might be tough because the skin on this tastes sooooo good.

Cant wait to try this tomorrow will be the day that try this recipe on my family....I made it today and my family love it i believe my mom is trying to eat the whole chicken bye herself.LOL... Love it cant wait to see what you guys are cooking next so i can try it.... LaTrina Scott Williams. I had rated it a 3 before because i had never had buttermilk like that before never really care for it but the way you guys fix this meal i just had to try it and like i said my family love it.I fix it with stringbeans and fried rice the chicken was nice and tender...
