I made this salad for "Girls Night" at my house. It was a hit! I made my dressing ahead of time, and poured it over tomatoes and broccoli (couldn't find yellow tomatoes. It was good, the dressing is a hit.

We enjoyed this salad very much. I used grape tomatoes, which are the only type of tomatoes that taste good this time of year in Iowa. I also added cubed avocado, which was a tasty addition.

When I saw the Neely's make this on their show I had to try it but had to wait for the perfect opportunity to do so... when all my family was out of the house.
Since no one else but me loves cherry tomatoes.
It is light, refreshing and oh so easy to make. Hope to find yellow tomatoes next time. I may even add some fresh mozzarella balls to add to the deliciousness.
Thanks Neely's, you rarely disappoint.
