Simple. Brilliant! LOVE THIS! When I served it this past summer to my family we all LOVED it! Ended up making it two nights in a row!

The first time I made this incredible salad with lamb kabobs last summer. It was so fresh and light and tasty. I've made it today paired with a stuffed pork loin. I added a touch more basil to the dressing because my household loves basil. This salad is incredible, bursting with fresh, light flavors. I love making it, and will make it again and again.

When I blended the buttermilk dressing with the tomatoes, the aroma was amazing, but I must say that the taste was even better. Usually I make these recipes and they don't taste as good as they sound, but that is definitely not the case with this recipe. The taste is beyond better than it sounds!!!

I made this for a big house warming party, it was a huge hit! There were 2 people there that I thought wouldn't even try it, I was wrong & as it turned out they were the biggest fans.

I followed this recipe exactly as written and when I tasted the dressing it was so bland that I had to add celery salt, celery seed, garlic powder, and it still was blah (plus, I made it several hours in advance and let it "set" in the refrigerator for the flavors to blend. I may try it again just to see if I did something wrong but I used good brands (of buttermilk, sour cream.

This is so yummy. I made it for the fourth of July. I added some mozerella cheese to it and it made it even better. Sliced cucumbers would be good too!!!

Excellent recipe! I used cherry tomatoes and basil from my garden. The dressing is addictive- I make a batch and keep it in the fridge. This way, I only "dress" the amount of tomatoes we are going to eat for that particular meal.

Only 3 stars but think it was my fault. Could only get fat-free buttermilk to use and the dressing was watery - would barely even coat the tomatoes. I'll try it again with regular buttermilk.

Better than I thought. It was not too hard to make. Most items I can get right from my garden. I brought it to a potluck picnic and it was good. The recipe makes a big dish. I would suggest if you are only making it for 1 or 2 people to reduce the recipe. Because of the tomatoes the salad does not taste as good a day or 2 after you make it.

Loved it - I made extra dressing and we enjoyed on salads for the next two days. Absolutely delicious!
