This was so delicious, stuck to the recipe but it was a little soupy so I added a little corn starch to thicken it up. Family was very impressed, and smelled amazing when it was cooking.

This recipe was a great! I added some mesa at the end to thicken it up and add a flavor kick. Easy to freeze also:

This was really good. Totally hit the spot on a cold winter night. We don't eat many potatoes these days so I used Black Soy Beans and both my husband and I thought it was great. I will definitely cook this again.

This was a great recipe! The only addition we did was add a little masa flour to thicken he stew up a bit. The Neely's did it again!! Job well done

Hubby and I loved it - nice and spicy. Served it over rice since it was a little thin, but defintely delicious. Thanks - it's a keeper.

This dish is perfect on a cold winter night. Adding cilantro, cheese and a dollop of sour cream really did the trick. I love the Neelys, they do cookin right. :

OMG, Delish! Could not find pablano peppers & had to end up using jalapeno peppers instead. The Chipotle cornbread was something that I would have never tried to make if I had not seen it on the show. I will definately make this again! Like this weekend!

Frequent Food Network watcher, but never made anything from the Neelys. Caught this episode on while I was working out at the gym. Thought it looked yummy, so I gave it a try. It turned out great! It made the whole house smell like a Mexican fiesta. I doubled the recipe and made a ton, for leftovers. I wouldn't change anything, except I think I added a bit more chili pepper than it called for. Oh and also, I let the stew simmer for several hours, instead of just 25 min. It turned out fabulous!
