Salty and sweet and amazing. This recipe is delicious and appealing to the eye. It would be great for entertaining. Plus, it was easy and I have had trouble tempering chocolate in the past. For some reason, the Neely's simple directions worked and my chocolate tempered perfectly and quickly like it is supposed to without the use of a candy thermometer.

I'm inspired to even make it healthier by dipping dried apricots in the chocolate, or 'raisinettes' homemade. I will try this soon and report back. And, I will make this with dairy-free choc as my toddler granddaughter is allergic to dairy, but she loves her potato chips and choc chips!

Great recipe. Used Lays Kettle cooked chips. They were sturdy chips but needed to be a little bit saltier. This makes a nice last minute snack.

Not tried yet, but Potato Chips and Chocolate, how can that NOT be good!!!!!
