    I've made these twice. They come out perfect and are a huge hit with everyone who tastes them. Even people who aren't crazy about coconut like them because it's subtle. Love them!!!

    I have made this recipe two times and each time is has been well received by my family. Easy to make and so delish! Soft and chewy!! Hubby and five year old daughter love them.

    Sooo Good! I love coconut but it doesn't overpower and has the perfect balance, not too much of anything. And I used unsweetened coconut and they were delicious!!! Use good Cocoa for best results..Everyone should make these!
    Making them for my fourth time for a bake sale and I must say, they are one of the best cookies I have ever had!!! I'm surprised more people haven't review/tried them!

    These cookies are outrageous! I have baked them regularly since I viewed this episode. I double the recipe since these cookies are always in high demand. Thank you Pat and Gina, love your recipes and love watching you guys.

    I have made these twice now. The first time they didn't have a chance to completely cool because they were eaten first! The second time they lasted a little longer and were just as delicious completely cooled as well. They are chewy, coconutty, chocolate-y goodness! I followed the recipe exactly as written and I wouldn't change a thing. The coconut is not overpowering and the nuts bring just the right crunch and texture. Delicious!

    iam attending inland empirires culinary school well i needed a recipe for somthing simple and tasty i tried this recipe out and the cookies came out deliciouse now i can make this for my family to enjoy thank you..

    Everyone loved these...i thought the chocolate ships would make it too sweet, so i only used 1/4 of a cup...was perfect.
