    I made this recipe recently and I just loved it. It was very moist and just so yummy. I will definitely make it for my family again. Great recipe!!!

    This cake is absolutely delicious and easy to make. I did find the glaze extremely sweet, really too sweet for me. When I make it again, I will probably use only one-fourth of the amount of glaze so that it doesn't overpower the wonderful flavor of the cake.

    I just made the coconut bundt cake, it was super easy and tasty! My mom loves it! I will definetly be making it again!! And dont worry if you are not an experienced baker, this is really easy and hard to mess up. Thanks Pat and Gina for the recipe I loved it!

    This cake is very easy to make and very delicious! However, I could not find pure coconut extract, so I had to omit it. Anyone know a place online where I could find this?.

    This Coconut Cake was awesome. It was very most. I even got creative with it. You can add another table spoon of pineapple juice and it was really nice mixing with the coconut. If you want to take it to another level at a tablespoon of Rum to the frosting and you will have a very nice flavor. Great recipe Gina. Pat you were right it is tasty. Thanks Guys.

    The cake has a strange texture, almost like cornbread.I also taste the baking powder very strongly? I had no pineapple juice so I used 2 T fresh lemon juice and 2 T of the left over Coconut milk. The icing is deliciuos. :- Since the rest of you had such good luck I might try again.We love coconut, but this cake did not do it. I am an experienced baker!

    I just made this for dessert and it's amazing -- very rich and dense and moist, and the pineapple glaze has just enough tartness to take the edge off the sugar. My family loved it, and I shared some with our neighbors, otherwise I'm afraid we'll eat it all ourselves. Neelys rock! :D
