A friend of mine brought a container for me full of this delightful chutney from South Carolina to Ohio. It is wonderful! I'm going to make it myself soon. I've been putting a couple of tbs on my salad and mixing it in. YUMMY! Thank you for sharing.

Once again thanks to The Neelys for a great recipe. I made this chutney for Thanksgiving instead of buying a can of cranberry sauce from the store. And everyone loved it, delicious!!! Added this one to my recipe book for future holidays, thanks again you all are great!

I made this on Thanksgiving, and my whole family LOVED it, including my picky parents! The only thing I did differently was use fresh cranberries, because I couldn't find frozen, so I had to add more sugar.

I think this recipe needs more sugar and less thyme. The chutney had a good taste just bitter.

Making this berrylicious sauce again this year for Thanksgiving since my family enjoyed it so much last year. Very simple instructions and requires little ingredients.

So I just made this recipe for tomorrow (Thanksgiving and it's delicious. I have to admit I did tweak it a little bit because of information I read about it being tart. I used a whole cup of orange juice, I uped the sugar to 1/2 cup and I used brown sugar. I also subsituted dried cherries for the golden raisons. I guess it's not really the same recipe anymore(I guess it was a REMIX...ha ha ha. But nevertheless it was wonderful.

I really enjoy watching Patrick and Gina, I think they are the cutest couple and they enjoy being with each other. I will try this recipe for Turkey day and get back with you for the results from the family.
